Service Description

An Ayurveda consultation is a personalized session with an Ayurveda Wellness Consultant to assess your unique constitution (Prakriti) and any imbalances (Vikriti) in your body and mind. During the consultation, the Ayurveda Wellness Consultant will ask you detailed questions about your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, diet, and emotional well-being. They may also perform physical examinations, such as pulse reading (Nadi Pariksha) and tongue examination (Jivha Pariksha), to further understand your type of constitution and your imbalances. Based on this information, the Ayurveda Wellness Consultant will create a customized treatment plan, which may include dietary, lifestyle changes, herbal supplements, detoxification therapies (Panchakarma), yoga, meditation, and other holistic practices to restore balance and promote balance and well-being, all according to the knowledge of Ayurveda. Ayurveda consultations are holistic in nature, aiming to address the root cause of imbalances rather than just treating symptoms. The goal is to help you achieve optimal balance by harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit according to your unique constitution.
