For new clients, we require an initial general consultation (2 hours, $147) plus $175 for the cleanse. If you're already a clinical client, you won't need to repeat the general consultation, but we will need to schedule a 1-hour appointment. This plan is fully customized to each client's specific goals or issues, such as weight management, digestive or skin concerns, lack of energy, detoxification, seasonal cleansing, or simply maintaining a dosha-friendly daily diet. It's perfect for Ayurvedic beginners! The package includes a diet plan, herbal recommendations, and a daily protocol. This whole-body cleanse/detox also comes with a personalized take-home plan that may include yoga routines, breathing exercises, and meditation tailored to your needs. It’s an excellent option for those looking to refresh their body and mind from head to toe, inside and out—like rebooting your computer, but for yourself, all from the comfort of your home. Herbs are included. Ayurveda, the ancient holistic healing system from India, recommends seasonal detoxification, known as "Ritucharya," to maintain balance and health throughout the year.
